Terms and Conditions

In the event of any discrepancy, inconsistency or difference in interpretation between this English translation and the original Spanish version, the Spanish version shall prevail.

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of the smart luggage storage service operated under the Oh My Lock! brand. The service consists of the temporary rental of lockers and, only where expressly offered at a particular location, large-capacity storage spaces such as storage rooms or equivalent facilities for depositing luggage and other belongings.

Important Information Before Booking

  • Oh My Lock! rents storage space and does not provide an insured safekeeping service: avoid storing valuable items.
  • Access is provided through a personal code or credential. Check it carefully and do not share it.
  • If you exceed the booked period, an additional charge may apply, equivalent to at least one daily rate for each day or part thereof, according to the cut-off time applicable at the location.
  • If you fail to collect your belongings, they may be removed and stored at your expense after 7 days. After 31 days, they may be considered abandoned.
  • It is prohibited to store dangerous or unlawful items. A minimum penalty of €300 may apply.
  • Opening hours and the cut-off times used to calculate each service day may vary depending on the location, premises, applicable regulations or maintenance requirements.

1. Identification of the Service Provider and Acceptance of the Terms

1.1. Service Provider

The Oh My Lock! service is operated by:

1.2. Acceptance

Purchasing the service through ohmylock.com and/or the official booking platform implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions when the purchase is completed.

1.3. Updates

Oh My Lock! may amend these Terms and Conditions whenever it considers it necessary. Users are responsible for reviewing them before making a booking.

The version in force when the booking is completed shall apply. Where an amendment affects a booking that has already been confirmed, Oh My Lock! will notify the User by email.


2. Basic Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

  • Oh My Lock!: the trading name under which León Lockers, S.L. provides the service.
  • User or Customer: the person who purchases and uses the service.
  • Location: the specific place where the lockers are installed, such as a station, premises, building or authorised space.
  • Storage Space: a locker or, where available, a larger storage area, storage room or equivalent space offered at a particular location.
  • Credential: a code, PIN, QR code or other system provided to access and/or open the Storage Space.

3. Purpose and Nature of the Service

3.1. What Oh My Lock! Provides

Oh My Lock! grants the User the temporary right to use one or more assigned storage spaces booked through its official channels.

3.2. System Operation

Depending on the installation, the service may operate automatically or semi-automatically. Keypads, screens, electronic locks or other access-control devices may be used.

3.3. Right of Admission and Operational Limitations

Oh My Lock! may refuse or restrict access for reasonable grounds, including security, maintenance, the regulations of the premises, suspected misuse or other justified circumstances.

Oh My Lock! reserves the right of admission to its facilities.


4. Types and Capacity of Storage Spaces

4.1. Indicative Categories

Oh My Lock! may offer different locker sizes or categories. The following measurements and capacities are provided for guidance and may vary by location:

  • Medium Locker M — 580 mm × 436 mm × 293 mm: suitable for compact luggage, such as one cabin suitcase and one small backpack.
  • Large Locker L — 580 mm × 436 mm × 560 mm: suitable for several medium-sized items, such as two cabin suitcases and one backpack.
  • Extra-Large Locker XL — 580 mm × 436 mm × 856 mm: suitable for bulky luggage, such as several cabin suitcases or one large suitcase and an additional item.
  • Large-capacity space or storage room: available only at locations where it is expressly offered and intended for large items.

4.2. Availability of Large-Capacity Spaces

Not all locations offer storage rooms or large-capacity spaces. Where a location does not provide this option, it will not appear during the booking process.

4.3. Measurements and Verification

Published measurements and capacities are approximate and may vary depending on the installation model. The User is responsible for checking that their belongings fit inside the Storage Space selected.


5. Items the User May Store

5.1. General Rules

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the User may store any belongings they consider appropriate, provided that:

  • the items belong to the User or the User is authorised to store them;
  • the items fit entirely inside the assigned Storage Space;
  • the items comply with all applicable rules and prohibitions.

5.2. Recommendation Regarding Valuable Items

Oh My Lock! recommends that Users do not store items of significant value, including money, jewellery, essential documents or high-value goods. The service consists of the rental of storage space and does not constitute an insured safekeeping service.


6. Availability, Rental Period and Location Opening Hours

6.1. Availability

Availability can be checked by starting a booking through an official channel. Confirmation is subject to the actual availability of Storage Spaces at the selected location.

6.2. Minimum and Maximum Rental Period

As a general rule, Storage Spaces may be booked for a minimum period of 1 day and a maximum period of 30 calendar days, unless a particular location applies different limits or extensions for operational reasons.

6.3. Access Hours

Access hours may depend on the location, including the opening hours of the premises, site restrictions or local regulations. The applicable opening hours will be those displayed in:

  • the location information;
  • the booking process;
  • and/or the booking confirmation email.

6.4. 24/7 Access and Exceptions

Where a location offers extended or 24/7 access, access may nevertheless be temporarily affected by maintenance, technical incidents, force majeure or other operational circumstances.


7. Prices, Service Days and Cut-Off Times

7.1. Applicable Price

The applicable prices are those displayed on the official booking platform at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, prices include VAT.

7.2. Calculation by Day and Cut-Off Times

Prices are calculated according to a defined unit of time, such as per day. Certain locations may use a specific “service day” with a cut-off time, for example from a particular time on one day until the same time on the following day.

Where a particular cut-off time applies, it will be displayed during the booking process or in the location information. Where no cut-off time is specified, the standard operational criteria of that location shall apply.

7.3. Promotions

Any available promotions will be clearly identified.

7.4. Price Changes

Oh My Lock! may amend the prices and commercial conditions displayed on the Website or at a location. Such changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.


8. Payment and Booking Requirements

8.1. Payment Methods

Payment must be made using the methods offered during the booking process, which will normally include credit and debit cards.

8.2. Ownership and Authorisation

The User declares that the payment method used belongs to them or that they have sufficient authorisation to use it.

8.3. Minimum Age

To purchase the service, the User must be at least 16 years old, provide the required information and accept these Terms and Conditions.


9. Booking Process and Use of the Service

9.1. How to Book

As a general rule, the booking process is as follows:

  1. The User accesses ohmylock.com or the official booking platform.
  2. The User selects the location, number of Storage Spaces, size and booking period.
  3. The User enters their contact details.
  4. The User accepts these Terms and Conditions and completes payment.

9.2. Confirmation

After completing the purchase, the User will receive a confirmation email containing the booking details and the applicable code or access credential.

9.3. Access, Opening and Collection

Depending on the location, the User must enter their credential into the relevant device to access the premises and/or open the Storage Space. During the booked period, the User may open and close the Storage Space as many times as necessary. At the end of the booking, the User must remove all their belongings and leave the Storage Space empty and properly closed.

9.4. Important Responsibilities of the User

Where the User enters an incorrect email address or telephone number, they may not receive their access credential. Oh My Lock! shall not be liable for access problems resulting from incorrect information provided by the User.

The credential is personal and non-transferable. Sharing it may be regarded as negligent use.


10. Opening, Closing and Early Termination

10.1. Reopening During the Booking

During the rental period, the User may open and close their Storage Space using their code or credential.

10.2. Obligation to Close and Empty the Storage Space

After each opening, the User must check that the Storage Space has been properly closed. At the end of the booking, the User must leave it empty and closed.

10.3. Early Termination

Where the installation includes an early-termination function, such as a “Finish” option on the screen, the User may end the service before the scheduled expiry time. Early termination does not entitle the User to a refund unless expressly stated otherwise.


11. Booking Changes, Upgrades and Refunds

11.1. Changes to a Confirmed Booking

Once a booking has been confirmed, the User may not directly modify its dates, duration or other details unless the system expressly allows it. Where applicable, the User must cancel the booking and make a new one, provided that this option is available.

11.2. Upgrade to a Larger Storage Space

Where the User requires a larger Storage Space, they may request an upgrade, subject to availability. As a general rule, the process will consist of:

  1. contacting customer support;
  2. booking a new, larger Storage Space;
  3. requesting a refund for the previous booking where applicable.

11.3. Refunds Managed by Customer Support

Refunds relating to size changes or other incidents may require a Spanish bank account or Bizum number. Refund instructions will normally be processed within 2 working days, during administrative service hours from 09:00 to 14:00, without prejudice to the processing times applied by banks and payment providers.

11.4. Right of Withdrawal

Given the nature of the service, which involves reserving a Storage Space for a specific period, the User may not exercise a right of withdrawal or request a refund once the booking has been confirmed, except where required by law or where the service cannot be provided for reasons attributable to Oh My Lock!.


12. Evidence of Purchase and Formation of the Contract

A booking made through official channels constitutes full acceptance of the Terms and Conditions displayed at the time of purchase.

The payment receipt and booking confirmation shall serve as evidence of the contract, without prejudice to any additional communications.


13. Incidents and Assistance

13.1. Requesting Assistance

In the event of a fault, blockage or malfunction, the User may request assistance through the channels displayed at the location or in the booking confirmation email.

13.3. Customer Service Hours

Customer service hours may vary depending on the location. Oh My Lock! will endeavour to deal with incidents within the shortest reasonable period, subject to technical availability and the circumstances of the location.


14. Rules of Use and Service Limitations

14.1. General Obligations

The User agrees to:

  • use the Storage Space exclusively for the temporary storage of their own belongings;
  • act diligently and check that the Storage Space is properly closed;
  • preserve the Storage Space and the premises in good condition;
  • comply with the rules of the location where the lockers are installed.

14.2. Prohibited Items

The following items may not be stored. This list is not exhaustive:

  • chemical products;
  • pyrotechnic materials;
  • fertilisers, pesticides and herbicides;
  • paints, varnishes and waxes;
  • tyres;
  • waste of any kind;
  • scrapyard or vehicle-dismantling materials;
  • non-manual machinery;
  • powdered minerals or substances that generate harmful dust;
  • any dangerous, toxic, flammable, corrosive or polluting substance.

14.3. Prohibited Conduct

The following is also prohibited:

  • storing unlawful items, illegal drugs, stolen goods, weapons or explosives;
  • storing pornographic or degrading material;
  • storing live or dead animals or biological remains;
  • storing products that generate noise or odours;
  • introducing food unless it is properly packaged and does not generate odours, leaks or spillages;
  • using the service as an exchange system by leaving items for collection by third parties;
  • sleeping, resting or remaining on the premises longer than strictly necessary;
  • eating or drinking inside the premises;
  • taking photographs or videos of security mechanisms or access-control systems.

14.4. Additional Operational Rules

  • A Storage Space may not be occupied without a valid booking and assignment through an authorised credential.
  • The User must check the measurements before booking. Claims relating to luggage not fitting inside the selected Storage Space will not be accepted.
  • It is prohibited to force doors, overload a Storage Space or leave belongings outside the booked space.
  • Where the User detects damage, irregular use or any other anomaly, they must report it immediately and refrain from handling items belonging to other Users.

14.5. Recommended Time Allowance

The User must allow sufficient time to collect their belongings and reach their chosen means of transport. It is recommended that Users allow an additional 30 minutes beyond the time recommended by the relevant transport operator to cover possible incidents.

14.6. Booking Limits per User

Oh My Lock! may limit the maximum number of Storage Spaces that a User may book at a particular location or during a particular period for operational or security reasons.


15. End of the Service and Forgotten Items

15.1. When the Booking Ends

The service ends when the booked period expires or when the User uses the early-termination function, where available.

15.2. Obligations at the End of the Booking

At the end of the booking, the User must:

  • remove all their belongings;
  • leave the Storage Space empty;
  • close the door correctly.

15.3. Items Left Inside

Where the User leaves belongings inside a Storage Space that subsequently becomes available for another booking, Oh My Lock! shall not be liable for anything that may happen to those belongings.


16. Breaches, Additional Charges, Removal and Abandonment

16.1. Indemnity and Consequences of a Breach

The User shall indemnify and hold Oh My Lock! harmless from damage resulting from a breach of these Terms and Conditions. A breach may result in cancellation of the service, removal of stored items, restrictions on access and claims for damages, without any right to compensation.

16.2. Late Collection and Additional Charges

Where the User fails to remove their belongings within the booked period, Oh My Lock! may apply an additional charge for each applicable day or part thereof, according to the location’s cut-off time. The additional charge will be equivalent to at least the current daily rate for the Storage Space.

16.3. Short Collection Period Following Payment of an Additional Charge at High-Turnover Locations

Once the additional charge has been paid, the User will be given a limited period in which to collect their belongings and free the Storage Space. For operational purposes, this period shall not exceed 15 minutes from the time the additional charge is paid. Where the belongings are not removed within that period, Oh My Lock! may remove and store them at the User’s expense.

16.4. Removal After 7 Days and Abandonment After 31 Days

  • Where 7 days have elapsed since the end of the booking and the belongings have not been collected, Oh My Lock! may remove and store them elsewhere at the User’s expense. Oh My Lock! may retain the belongings until any outstanding amounts have been paid.
  • Where 31 calendar days have elapsed since the end of the booking without any claim being made, the belongings may be considered abandoned. Oh My Lock! may dispose of them without liability to the User.

17. Prohibited Items, Minimum Penalty and Damage to Facilities

17.1. Storage of Prohibited or Dangerous Items

Where the User stores prohibited or dangerous items, Oh My Lock! may notify the competent authorities and remove the items. A minimum penalty of €300 may be imposed, without prejudice to any additional damages or losses that may be claimed.

17.2. Damage and Recoverable Costs

The User shall be liable for damage caused to:

  • the Storage Space;
  • locks;
  • doors;
  • electronic devices;
  • the premises;
  • security systems.

The User may be charged for repair or replacement costs, as well as loss of income resulting from the Storage Space being unavailable.


18. Oh My Lock!’s Commitments and System Availability

18.1. Incident Management

Oh My Lock! undertakes to make reasonable efforts to resolve technical incidents diligently, subject to technical availability and the circumstances of each installation.

18.2. Website and System Availability

Oh My Lock! will make reasonable efforts to maintain the Website and system in suitable working order.

However, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed where interruptions are caused by third-party failures, maintenance, connectivity problems, unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.

18.3. Maintenance Interruptions

Oh My Lock! may temporarily interrupt access to the Website or system for maintenance purposes. Where possible, Oh My Lock! will minimise the duration and impact of such interruptions.


19. Liability, Security and Reporting

19.1. Limitation of Liability

Oh My Lock! provides a storage-space rental service and does not accept responsibility for the safekeeping of the items deposited. The User remains responsible for their belongings.

19.2. Theft, Loss or Damage

In the event of theft, loss or damage, the User must report the incident to the competent authorities.

19.3. Video Surveillance

At locations equipped with video surveillance, recordings will be processed for security purposes and may be provided to the competent authorities where legally appropriate.

19.4. Security Measures

Oh My Lock! implements technical and organisational measures that may include:

  • credential-based access controls;
  • periodic maintenance;
  • video surveillance, where installed.

These measures reduce risks but cannot eliminate them completely.


20. Circumstances in Which There Is No Valid Use of the Service

No valid contract or Customer status shall exist for the purposes of the service where:

  • no booking has been made through official channels;
  • the User accesses the service using another User’s credential or without a valid booking;
  • belongings are left outside the assigned Storage Space;
  • the User remains on the premises for purposes other than depositing or collecting belongings.

21. Complaints and Alternative Dispute Resolution

21.1. Customer Complaints

The User may submit complaints by emailing info@ohmylock.com. Oh My Lock! will endeavour to resolve complaints amicably.

21.2. Consumer Authorities

Where the User acts as a consumer, they may contact the competent consumer-protection authorities and request an official complaint form in accordance with applicable legislation.

21.3. Online Dispute Resolution

Where applicable, the User may also use the online dispute-resolution mechanisms made available by the European Commission.


22. Language

The contract is concluded in Spanish, irrespective of whether the Website, communications or devices are available in other languages. In the event of any discrepancy, inconsistency or difference in interpretation between a translation and the original Spanish version, the Spanish version shall prevail.


23. Intellectual and Industrial Property

The trademarks, logos, texts, designs and content associated with Oh My Lock! belong to León Lockers, S.L. or authorised third parties. Their reproduction, distribution, commercial exploitation or modification without prior authorisation is prohibited.


24. Data Protection

Without prejudice to the provisions of the Privacy Policy:

  • León Lockers, S.L., with Tax Identification Number B75771055, is the Data Controller responsible for processing the User’s personal data in connection with the contract.
  • Personal data will be processed and retained for as long as necessary to manage the contractual relationship and comply with legal obligations.
  • At locations equipped with video surveillance, recordings will be processed for security purposes and may be disclosed to the competent authorities where legally appropriate.
  • The User may exercise their data-protection rights by sending a request to info@ohmylock.com.

25. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the courts and tribunals of León shall have jurisdiction, unless consumer-protection legislation establishes another mandatory jurisdiction. As an alternative, the parties may attempt to resolve the dispute through out-of-court procedures, such as mediation, before commencing legal proceedings.
